Cancellation charges are as follows :-

  • If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival – any payments made will be refunded in full.
  • If you cancel within 14 days prior to your arrival – then a 50% refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will be issued a 100% refund.

Check-in is anytime after 4pm using your personalized door code.

Check-out is anytime prior to 10am.

If you require a late check out, this may be possible, please contact us in advance.

Vaping or Smoking of any substance is prohibited ANYWHERE INDOORS.

If guests smoke outdoors please do so well away from the house and all butts must be collected and must be disposed of safely.

A deposit of half of the reservation balance is due upon booking, payable by Stripe or bank transfer. You will need to contact is directly to pay by bank transfer.

The remaining balance is due to arrive in our account at least 30 days before arrival date payable by Stripe or bank transfer.

A security deposit is required if the main renter is under 25 years of age.

Please carefully read our cancellation policy and note we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance so you receive a full refund in the event you are unable to make your reservation at the last minute.
